Charters: enter the economy.

The founding sale offers 100 charters in a public auction, falling exponentially from 1 ETH to 0.05 ETH over 24 hours. Time is measured from opening by the block timestamp; purchases do not change the curve. Each charter starts with one branch and can grow to ten. There is no per-wallet purchase limit. Minting closes after the 24-hour endpoint or at sellout. Founding and later primary auctions support batches of 1–100 NFTs, within remaining supply and the later auction’s daily cap. Every NFT in a batch has the same execution-time price; excess ETH is refunded and the whole batch succeeds or reverts.

If the founding launch remains incomplete seven days after the price descent ends, it can be cancelled. The current NFT holder can return it for the original mint payment; this does not refund a secondary sale price.

Founding proceeds seed the initial liquidity position when someone finalizes the launch after sellout or the 24-hour endpoint. Later primary proceeds go to the liquidity manager and require a separate liquidity-addition transaction. Buying early secures availability; waiting can lower the price, but supply may sell out.

Licenses: grow your bank.

Spend your charter’s pending $Chartr to add branches. Each license opens one branch and permanently retires the value spent. To use tokens held in your wallet, first convert them into your charter’s ledger through a deposit.

The launch offers five licenses every 12 hours, ten per day across the protocol. Unsold licenses expire at each session boundary. Each charter can buy up to three per 24-hour day from auction activation and hold ten branches. Transferring a charter does not reset its daily limit. Both sessions repeat the day’s price curve.

How your bank works.

Earn

Each active branch receives an equal share of issuance. Earnings accumulate inside your charter.

Expand

Buy licenses to increase your share. New branches across the system spread issuance further.

Withdraw

Retire branches to release their share of your balance, minus the fee. Closing the last branch burns the charter.

Sell the charter with its bank.

The Standard Charter (CHARTR) uses on-chain metadata to show its current branches and pending Chartr. It supports ERC721 marketplaces such as OpenSea after deployment. Marketplace images and traits may lag while cached.

Charters are transferable from mint. A sale transfers every attached branch, the current pending balance and future earnings rights to the buyer. Tokens already withdrawn to your wallet stay in your wallet.

The protocol marketplace enforces a 5% royalty to FeeSplitter. Other marketplaces decide whether to honour it. Sellers keep the remainder; 15% of routed royalty revenue goes to protocol liquidity. Resales are individual listings, and ordinary wallet transfers do not charge a fee.

The protocol marketplace checks your minimum branch count, pending balance and maximum withdrawal fee at purchase. Other marketplaces may only transfer the position as it exists when the sale executes.

Before you bid.

Withdrawals retire branches · fees of 2–60%

The fee rises with recent withdrawal pressure. Half of the fee is permanently removed and the rest is recycled to remaining branches. A live quote must be checked before a withdrawal.

Stay active · check in within 30 days

Active participation updates your bank’s activity. After more than 30 days of inactivity, a charter can be revoked: its NFT is burned and its pending entitlement incurs a 70% fee. Ethereum activity dates will appear in your bank view after launch.
